PRIVACY POLICY — Ask Me Xuan

Ask Me Xuan ("we", "the service") operates the Master Xuan bot on Telegram. Your privacy is important to us.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

When you use the service, we collect:

• Name (as provided by you)
• Date and time of birth
• Place of birth
• Gender
• Your Telegram ID (assigned automatically)

During use, the following is also generated:

• Your Chinese metaphysics chart (calculated from your data)
• Conversation history with the bot
• Usage logs (message count, tokens consumed)
• Preferences (language, alert time, plan)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Calculate your personal Chinese metaphysics chart
• Generate personalized forecasts and recommendations
• Send you alerts and daily insights (if active)
• Improve service quality

3. DATA PROTECTION

• Your personal data (name, date, time and place of birth) is ENCRYPTED in our database
• Your conversation history is also stored ENCRYPTED. Access is restricted to the service operator, only for technical support and maintenance
• Your readings are generated by an automated system; nobody routinely reviews your conversations
• The only exception is by formal judicial order from a competent authority
• Backups are stored encrypted on Google Drive
• We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties

4. DATA RETENTION

• Your data is kept as long as your account is active
• After 12 MONTHS of inactivity (no messages sent to the bot), your account and all data are automatically deleted
• You will receive a notice on Telegram 30 days before automatic deletion
• While you have an active plan, your account is not deleted for inactivity

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• ACCESS your data: type /mydata to see what information we have
• CORRECT your data: send an email to [email protected]
• DELETE your account and ALL your data: type /deleteaccount
• DEACTIVATE automatic communications: type /buenosdias off and /alertas
• EXPORT your data: type /mydata to receive a summary

6. DATA DELETION

When you delete your account (/deleteaccount):

• ALL your personal data is erased
• Your conversation history is erased
• Your memories and preferences are erased
• Your usage logs, active matters, favorites and reminders are erased
• We keep only minimal records with no content: plans or gifts granted and, if any, active sanctions for abuse. Usage statistics become anonymous
• For 12 months we keep an encrypted, irreversible identifier of the deleted account, only to prevent abuse of free trials and referral rewards
• Deletion is IMMEDIATE and IRREVERSIBLE
• Encrypted backups that still contain your data are deleted within a maximum of 90 days

7. AI PROCESSING

• Your queries are processed by Claude (Anthropic) to generate responses
• Data sent to the Anthropic API is NOT used to train their models
• Only the minimum information necessary for your query is sent

8. MINORS

This service is for users 18 years and older. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We will notify any important changes through the bot. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
